Claire – Founder of CC Faces had just rebranded with a stylish new logo and wanted a website to get more customers through organic search results, outrank established competitors and show off her truly unique personality. Claire also wanted to appeal to new customers once they arrived at the website and take the fear away from new clients wanting to make an appointment. Claire also wanted somewhere that she could showcase her training academy and clients could book onto her bespoke training courses.
We kicked off the project with research into the competitors in the Lash & Brow industry as well as competing training academies to see what they were doing, what was working well for them and any opportunities we could pursue to get Claire the best results.
The website design was structured around the key goal of educating visitors and showcasing Claire’s fantastic work as well as her style. We positioned the ‘book now’ feature prominently on both desktop and mobile devices so it’s always easily viewable from any page to ensure visitors could make an appointment at any given stage of their visit. Other elements on the page were created to convey Claire’s services effectively, showcase her work and build trust.
The overall website design was funky, bold yet professional with a style that compliments the CC Faces brand.’book
